RETURN POLICY

How was after sale services?

1. Robot unit purchased within 1~3 Months in Warranty period, We will cover up and refund your return postage fee. (If your purchase within a week and received the faulty unit, please repacked and put back the plastic sheet cover in proper to be return to us and 1 to 1 exchange)Please check your Robot as your condition and error message or does not work, kindly email us & phone technical support is Free-of-charge.

2. Any products sent back for repair or modify, kindly submit your enquiry, for existing customer's please provided us your Invoice Document Number. 

 

AFTER SALES SERVICES

We provided after sales services, for all the Robots itself cover up to 1 year & all the accessories to be cover up to 6 Months.The Cover for Robots & Parts on 1 Year warranty only.All the Accessories Such as : Homebase/Docking , Virtual Wall, Remote Control, Cover for 6 Months only.We will feedback your enquiry as soon as posible and if found out the failed parts and send the Small Parts such as : Wheel, Side brush, Cleaning head module, Charger For 1 to 1 exchanged & Return the faulty parts to us and claim with new parts only.

 

Noted : all the rubber parts & accessories such as brush, filter, sidebrush or scooba tank we not cover under warranty.

Due to consumer usage for personal care only, for Scooba tank used wrongly detergent and damage on water valve or stuck we not covered.
